Dishwasher/Prep Cook
 
Duties include the cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant dining areas, bathrooms, fixtures and equipment. You will use cleaning solvents and a variety of equipment in the performance of your responsibilities. The individual will be required to work independently, meet maintenance timelines, complete daily tasks and cooperate with kitchen leadership and/or owners. This job requires approximately 60% Dish-washing and 40% Maintenance. Shifts typically begin at 2:30-3pm and end around 10pm. The restaurant is seeking to provide approximately 20 hours of work a week or around 3-4 shifts per week.
 
Candidates must be willing and capable of serving as a Prep-Cook. Cross-training opportunities will be offered after the selected individual displays proficiency and a quality work ethic as a Dishwasher.  The ideal candidate will eventually progress into a Prep Cook role with some Dishwashing responsibilities.

Line Cook
 
Responsible for successful culinary production under the direction of the Kitchen Manager.  Performs all kitchen related duties including Pantry and Dishwasher work.   
 
Ensures consistent, high quality, food preparation, presentation and readiness. Will sauté, cook, broil, grill, steam and expedite. Has experience in fish filleting, beef cutting, portioning and food cost controls. Must possess excellent line cooking skills.
Additional duties include kitchen and equipment maintenance, recipe enhancement, inventory, training, sanitation, and personnel management to include coaching and teamwork.
 
You will be required to know and perform the duties required of the Pantry and the Dishroom personnel.  This is the type of position where you will perform multiple roles and work multiple stations.  You must be able to work well with others and practice a high degree of professional responsibility.

Server

Full-Service Restaurant Serving experience required. The ability to manage multiple tasks, an eye for detail and teamwork, and a positive attitude are requirements.  Candidates must possess a genuine desire and ability to enhance each guests dining experience. This is professional server position, 15-20 hours a week is available.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of wines and spirits, food and cooking techniques, and a friendly personality.  Prior fine dining experience is desirable.  Possession of WA Food Handlers and Alcohol server permit a plus.  Knowledge of sales techniques is desirable. Flexibility in server availability is important.
