A full pound of crab, steamed and served with drawn butter and lemon.

 

A classic Italian fisher men's stew, with lobster, prawns, scallops, clams, salmon, mussels, True Cod, and squid simmered in fish stock, fresh herbs and our house marinara.

 

 

The full flavor of our USDA Choice custom 30 day aged mid-west beef is sealed in by charbroiling at high heat, to give you the most tender and juiciest steak possible.

 

Steaks are charbroiled to your liking, prime rib served with au jus and creamy horseradish: Also served with a choice of potato or rice pilaf.

Sirloin steak over crisp romaine & field greens, fresh tomatoes, caramelized onions, walnuts, and a creamy blue cheese black pepper dressing.

 

Grilled Pear Salad
Candied spiced walnuts, baby field greens in honey mustard vinaigrette, grilled pears, craisins, with baked feta cheese croutons.

 

 

Pasta & Chicken

 

Fresh, local clams simmered in clam juice, butter, pesto and fresh herbs mixed with linguini.

 

Tender prawns sauteed in a Pernod Cream sauce with classic fettuccine Alfredo.

 

Penne pasta, prawns, scallops, salmon, sauteed with mushrooms, tomatoes, scallions with a roasted red pepper cream sauce.

 

Two Chicken Breasts roasted with our house rub and served with garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a sweet and spicy sauce.
